Before building my life in Switzerland, I spent years working at sea. Life on a ship taught me patience, responsibility and respect for people from different cultures. It also taught me that a journey is never only about reaching a destination.
Later, my studies in environmental sciences and humanities gave me a deeper appreciation of the landscapes and communities we travel through. Today, these experiences shape how I welcome guests and how I see Switzerland.
